Haley Adams, Consulting Services, Named Partner at JTaylor
Haley S. Adams, a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), has been named a Partner in the Consulting Services division at JTaylor, which provides assurance, advisory and tax services to clients locally and nationally.
“Haley lives our values consistently in all of her interactions with clients and staff,” said JTaylor Managing Partner Mike Malloy. “She is a stellar professional, constantly seeking the success of others above her own without compromising a desire to make the most of her considerable gifts and talents. This is a well-deserved honor for Haley, and a great win for our firm and its clients.”
Adams has spent her entire professional career at JTaylor, starting in 2007 after having graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. She leads the firm’s physician advisory service line, which includes compensation valuation, compensation plan design and implementation, provider practice valuations, physician transaction-related due diligence, and consulting related to arrangements between physicians and hospitals.
Adams is a respected leader at JTaylor, serving a lead role in recruiting and training initiatives for the consulting division, as well as the coaching program that is a crucial component of the firm’s staff development program.
“I am grateful to join the partner group,” Adams said. “JTaylor’s leadership team has invested in me personally and professionally from the first days of my career. The partners have mentored and empowered me as I stepped into leadership roles, and helped me navigate professional life with children. My hope is to make a positive and lasting impact on the next generation at JTaylor.”
Adams is actively involved in the Fort Worth community, currently volunteering and serving on the Board of Directors of Alliance for Children. She also serves in the children’s ministry area of her church and is active in the PTA of her daughter’s elementary school. Professionally, she is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals (AAPCP).
