Elicia joined JTaylor’s Accounting Services division in 2020 as a Senior Associate. She quickly advanced, providing outstanding client service while acting as the entire accounting function for a rapidly expanding healthcare client. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt and excel in dynamic environments. Her dedication and competence have made her a favorite among clients, earning a reputation as a reliable and trusted advisor. Her areas of expertise include law firms and other professional services, oil and gas, healthcare, arts and entertainment, ranching, and multi-state operations.

Elicia graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science and is currently working toward her Master of Professional Accounting. Prior to joining JTaylor, Elicia held the role of Accounts Payable Supervisor for 10 years at an upstream E&P company. Her professional experience also includes working for a construction company, a fabric design company, and teaching elementary.

Elicia volunteers at St. Andrew’s Catholic School and actively participates with the Sixty & Better seniors at the Como Community Center.
