Heather joined JTaylor in June 2010. She is a Texas native and has lived in the Fort Worth area most of her life. In 2019, she relocated to Houston, Texas where her husband is from.

Heather graduated Cum Laude from Southwestern Adventist University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in International Business and a minor in Spanish. She also studied a year abroad in Argentina at Universidad Adventista del Plata.
