Julia joined JTaylor in 2017 as the Human Resources Manager and has served as the Director of Human Resources since 2020. Julia brings extensive knowledge in regards to employee relations and establishing processes that promote efficiency and compliance within the organization. She is responsible for overseeing recruiting, compensation, employee engagement, benefits administration, leave administration, performance management, payroll, training and development, as well as working closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives.

After graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, Julia went on to earn her Master of Arts in Administration with a focus in Organizational Development at University of the Incarnate Word. Prior to joining JTaylor, Julia worked as a recruiter, teacher, and in Human Resources responsible for a variety of areas as a department of one.

Julia is passionate about serving her local Fort Worth community. She is an active member of the Human Resource Management Association, Fort Worth Chapter and currently serving as the Certifications Co-Chair. Julia has also participated in Leadership Burleson and continues to help with the planning of that program.
