Monica joined JTaylor in 2011 and has over 30 years of experience in operational management. She began her career with Bank of America where she served as Branch Manager at multiple locations throughout Fort Worth, earning the corporation’s Annual Leadership Award in 1999 as one of the company’s top 100 customer service advocates. Prior to joining JTaylor, Monica served as Director of Religious Education at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church for seven years. She is a proud Fort Worth native and a 1995 recipient of the YMCA Minority Achiever’s Award.

After earning her AA from the Tarrant County College, she continued her accounting and finance education at the University of Texas at Arlington and North Texas State University. She also earned a Masters Certificate in Religious Education from the University of Loyola in New Orleans.
